Preston Benner

On February 2, 2025, we presented Preston Benner of the Stars Baseball organization with our 2025 MVP Leadership Award. It was an honor to recognize him in the presence of his family, coaches and team mates at the Stars Baseball annual banquet.  Preston will attend University of Chicago in the fall.  We applaud his past baseball and academic accomplishments, and celebrate the way he demonstrates the essential character traits that we valued in Matt; compassion for others, work ethic, and excellence outside the classroom.
